Have you ever felt “totally different than other people?”
Do you feel like you can’t talk to your family or friends because they wouldn’t understand?
Would you like to meet people who are just like you?
If you’ve ever felt out of place, a little different, or a bit of a social outcast you’ll probably fit right in! One in five teens struggles with mental health issues but many teens keep their thoughts and feelings a secret.
Group therapy is a great way to find support, practice social skills, and get to know yourself better. In group therapy you are able to give and receive support to help you realize that you are not alone. Group therapy for teens is proven effective in decreasing self harm behaviors, reducing social anxiety, and diminishing signs of depression.
