A Girl's Guide to Greater Self-Awareness is a 3 day self-help series that focuses on personality development through a light hearted approach. The activities in this 3 day series include "personality assessments" and  positive affirmations. You will also be given self-reflection process stems and questions to stimulate self-awareness. 

In this series you will:

✔️read mental health related material
