Group therapy is a great way to find support, practice social skills, and get to know yourself better. In group therapy you are able to give and receive support to help you realize that you are not alone. Group therapy is proven effective in improving self-regulation, increasing social skills, decreasing substance use and self-harm behaviors, reducing anxiety, and diminishing signs of depression.

Join this teen girls' group to build healthy life and relationship skills, improve self-confidence and self-esteem, and encourage self-regulation and social-skills. In these groups you will practice self-advocacy including assertiveness and setting boundaries, promote positive coping skills, and learn more about resilience and mental health.
The therapy group is open to all female identifying youth, ages thirteen to eighteen.
Groups are a four week commitment, new members will be added to the upcoming cycle. |

Join this virtual group therapy for kids to learn online safety and practice healthy life and relationship skills. This group supports the development of peer relationships through team work and collaboration, goal-direct actives, critical thinking, and problem solving. The group encourages self-regulation and social skills by facilitating novel and interest based activities.
The therapy group is open to youth of all genders, ages seven to twelve.
